BOOM BOOM'S MONK FUDGE

4.5 Cups Sugar
13 oz. Evaporated Milk
9 oz. GHIRARDELLI Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
9 oz.GHIRARDELLI Semisweet Chocolate Chips
7 oz. Marshmallow Cream
½ lb. Butter
1 tbsp. Vanilla
2 Cups chopped walnuts or pecans


Bring milk and sugar to a full boil and cook over medium heat for exactly 6 minuets, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add the next 5 Ingredients.
VERY IMPORTANT
Beat in heavy duty mixer for 20 to 30 minuets , until firm.
Mix in nuts, pour into 9” X 13” buttered baking pan, cool to room temperature , cut into pieces , store in refrigerator.
