CHANTILLY CREAM
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoonful vanilla extract
1 teaspoonful brandy
1 teaspoonful Grand Marnier
ΒΌ cup sugar
2 tablespoonfuls sour cream
Place a medium size bowl and beater in the refrigerator until very cold.
Combine cream, vanilla, brandy and Grand Marnier in the cold bowl and beat with an electric mixer, on medium speed for 1 minute.
Add sugar, sour cream and beat on medium until soft peaks form, about 3 minuets.
DO NOT OVER BEAT:
If you beat to long the mixture will get grainy and start to form butter. If you screw up, this is really good on toast.
