3 eggs lightly beaten
1 cup red pepper finely chopped
1/2 cup sweet onion finely chopped
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lemon
1 lb fresh lump crab
1 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter
Mix first six ingredients. Add crab and mix. Add 1 cup of bread crumbs. Form into patties and dredge in remaining bread crumbs. Medium heat in skillet cook for three minutes a side in butter.
