1 Package Slider buns
2/3 cup Dukes Mayo
2 canned chipotle chilies in adobo
1 lb pulled pork
6 Ham slices (thick)
12 slices swiss cheese
2 Kosher dill pickles cut up (or hamburger chips)
- Use food processor to mix chills and mayo (you can also add a little spicy mustard if you like)
- Cut slider buns in half
- Spread the chipotle mayo evenly on the buns
- Add pork, ham, cheese and pickles
- Put sliders in foil and heat on 300 until cheese is melted (about 30 minutes)
