Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 32 ounces mushrooms (whatever you like or mix of different)
- 2 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 medium sweet onion
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation
Add mushrooms, butter, onion, salt, pepper and garlic; saute until tendor stirring occasionally.
Add wine and cook until liquid evaporates. Sprinkle mushroom mixture with thyme, salt, and pepper; toss well.
Easy and great with steak.
