50 Wings
1/2 Cup Franks Red Hot
1/3 Cup melted butter
Louisiana Hot Sauce (to taste)
BBQ Rub (I use Stubbs)
Olive Oil
- Coat Wings in Olive Oil and add BBQ Rub
- Let wings sit overnight
- Bring Smoker up to 250 degrees
- Smoke wings for 2.5 to 3.0 hours
- Make Sauce: Combine melted butter, Frank's and Louisiana hot sauce
- Crisp up wings on grill (2-3 minutes per side)
- Cover wings with sauce and serve
