Ingredients
- 1.5 sweet onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- Smoked ham hock
- 2 32 oz chicken broth
- 2 1 lb packages of greens
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Sauté onion and garlic in some butter. Combine through broth in Dutch over and simmer for 2 hours. Remove bone and chop ham meat - return meat to pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook until desired tenderness (I did for 1.5 hours additional).
