many times looking this up so......
Coat shoulder in yellow mustard
Apply rub (any kind works for me - cooking and prep are the difference)
Put in trash bag and refrig
over night
Heat smoker to 225
Put shoulder in fat side up
Spray with apple juice every hour for the first
three hours
Smoke until internal temp is 165
Remove and wrap in foil
Cook in oven (or smoker) at 250 until internal
temp is 205
Remove and wrap in towel (leave foil on)
Place in cooler for 1 hours
Slit foil and let stand for 20 minutes
Open up and shred away!
Add your favorite BBQ sauce (Boom Boom or Ross on this site)
